Steve’s Char Siu BBQ Pork with Veg
Serve the pork with stir fry veg or rice and veg or noodles or keep and add to fried rice or use in stir fry next week, or freeze and use as required to treat yourself, or give medicine to dogs, or sell on the black market.

Instructions
Mix ingredients and rub into pork loin, marinate for at least 2 hours
Reserve marinade and place pork on wire rack over baking tray of water, place in 220c oven or covered BBQ and roast for 30 -40 mins, basting and turning regularly.
Rest and slice perpendicularly 5mm thick (note red colour on outside and juicy pork on inside).
Fry off Mushrooms, carrot, sauces and oil for 3 mins, add the rest and stir fry.
Ingredients
Pork Marinade
1 Pork Loin (400g)
2 TBS Chinese wine
2 TBS Light Soy Sauce
2 TBS Honey
2 TBS Hoisin Sauce
1 TBS Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
1 tsp Sesame Oil
¼ tsp Red Food colouring
Vegetables
½ a Cucumber roughly cubed (yes, a cucumber)
2 cups Sliced Mushrooms
1 handful Bean Sprouts
1 handful Water Spinach
1 Carrot (Julienne)
1 cup Spring Onion finely chopped
1 TBS Oyster sauce
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Worchester sauce
Pinch of pepper
